A module is a section of the software, not a separate purchase: one per-user price covers them all. “Per project” is what we configure for your company.

Questions
How much does maERP cost?
$37.50 per user per month and $7.50 per mobile app user; implementation is $4,500 one-off instead of $6,000. Prices exclude VAT. Custom work that is essential for go-live is part of the implementation — its scope is fixed in the proposal after the demo; other custom work is billed at the hourly rate of the price list.
What is included in the per-user price?
All modules marked “in the software” and running the database in the TinyCIO cloud. The warehouse mobile app is priced separately for each person who uses it.
Do I need my own server?
No. The database runs in the cloud and people sign in from a browser; stock counts and warehouse operations can be done from a phone.
Can we move data from our current software?
We import items, customers, suppliers and stock from Excel — that is in the software. Migration from Dolibarr, Sage, Odoo and other systems is custom work per project.
Does maERP include accounting and payroll?
There is no general ledger, balance sheet or payroll. maERP covers cash desks, bank, expenses and the financial result; an exchange with your accounting software is set up per project.
Can we start on our own, without a request?
Not yet: our team deploys the database after reviewing your processes. Self-service sign-up will come later.

Stock & inventory
Stock by warehouse, transfers, scanner-based receipts and issues, stock counts with a variance list.
Stock changes only through a document. Receipt, delivery, transfer, count — every change has a dated document. There is no “stock” field to overwrite on a Friday evening.
A customer’s debt is a sum of documents. Deliveries minus payments and returns; a correction is a document too, and it stays in the history.
Everyone sees their own. Roles: full access, own customers only, customer access.
