- custom work you cannot go live without — scope fixed in the proposal after the demo
- print forms, equipment setup
- team training and guides for your own processes
- managing the roll-out and supporting users during implementation

- other custom work — at the hourly rate of the price list
- general ledger, balance sheet and payroll — maERP does not have them
