Purchase order, receipt and supplier balance — one chain

Only the person who sent the email knows what was ordered. The delivery note gets lost, and what you owe the supplier becomes clear when they call.

The order is a document with the supplier and prices; the receipt is made from it, so lines are not retyped.

Partial receipts against one order with the remaining quantity recalculated are custom work per project.

Yes, the supplier balance report for any date is in the software.

How much does the module cost?

Modules are not sold separately: the price is $37.50 per user per month, and every module “in the software” is included. Prices exclude VAT.
